Engineered Air Plaza and Bandstand - Heritage Park
The Engineered Air Plaza and Engineered Air Bandstand are part of Heritage Park; Canada's largest living history museum.
Parks gained popularity in the early 19th century when people began to associate exposure to nature with good health. Bandstands were built in many Western towns and provided a place where it was easier to view and enjoy live entertainment such as musicians and free concerts.
