Calgary Police Foundation

Established to partner exclusively with the Calgary Police Services, the Calgary Police Foundation funds six youth-based programs.

Their purpose in Calgary is promoting the safety of children and families. The programs work to reduce youth victimization and criminal activity.

  • Focuses on education, prevention and early intervention programs not funded by traditional government sources.
  • Received charitable status in 2011.
  • Supports the YouthLink Calgary Police Interpretive Centre
  • Guides the Youth at Risk Development program.
  • Offers the Calgary Police Cadet Corps program.
  • Assists the Multi Agency School Support Team.
  • Offers a free weekly drop-in ice skating program for youth.
  • Provides targeted services through the Integrated School Support Program.
